The Republic of Liberia reiterated on Thursday in Rabat its unwavering position in favor of the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco and its sovereignty over its entire territory, including the Sahara region.

As needs continue to grow while budget constraints force difficult choices, Morocco on Wednesday called on the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to place "durable solutions" at the heart of its budget planning for the Tindouf camps in Algeria, arguing that decades of funding have perpetuated a "costly system of maintenance" rather than contributing to a lasting resolution of the situation.

Guinea reaffirmed its firm and consistent stance in support of the Moroccanness of the Sahara during the 8th session of the Morocco-Guinea Joint Cooperation Commission, held Tuesday in Conakry.

Greece reaffirms its support for the Moroccan autonomy proposal, believing it "constitutes a serious and credible contribution to the ongoing UN process", and that it "could be the most feasible solution" for the definitive resolution of the regional dispute over the Moroccan Sahara.

Denmark lauds the Moroccan autonomy plan as a good basis for a mutually agreed solution by all parties to the Moroccan Sahara issue.
