The aim of the visit of the Malagasy delegation is to further strengthen the exceptional and historic bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Madagascar, in addition to the consolidation of economic relations through an exemplary partnership of South cooperation established by His Majesty King Mohammed VI in Africa.

During the meetings, attended by Dr. Maouelainin Ben Khallihenna Maouelainin, CORCAS Secretary General, the two sides spoke about the important progress made in the Moroccan Sahara issue at the African level, and latest developments at the UN.

The program of the visit also includes several interviews with other Moroccan officials both at the level of the government and House of Councilors.

The Malagasy official also participates in the 11th session of the Congress of the Association of Senates, Chambers of Counselors and Assimilated Institutions in Africa and the Arab World, organized by the House of Councilors in Rabat September 20-21.
