In a speech read on his behalf by the regional delegate of tourism, Mr. Daif Allah Andour, the minister added that Dakhla has important infrastructures and has been brilliantly illustrated these last years thanks to an unbeatable reputation to welcome and succeed major international events like the Crans Montana forum and many others.
