The United Nations has just officially published on its website the report of the Secretary General to the Security Council on the Moroccan Sahara. In his report, the UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres mentioned Algeria 20 times, confirming and consecrating that it is indeed a main party to this regional dispute.
