A high-level parliamentary delegation from the National Assembly of the Republic of Gambia, currently on a working visit to Morocco, arrived in Dakhla yesterday, Thursday, with the aim of exploring Dakhla-Oued Eddahab region's potential and learning about the development leap it is experiencing at all levels.

Public policies and territorial governance were at the center of the first Arab Congress, initiated by the Higher School of Technology (EST) of Laayoune, in partnership with several national and international universities and research centers.

Guatemala considers the Autonomy Plan presented by Morocco in 2007 as a realistic, credible and serious basis for reaching a definitive solution for this dispute, within the framework of respect for the Kingdom's territorial integrity and national sovereignty, Guatemalan Deputy Foreign Minister Mónica Bolaños said on Tuesday in Rabat.
