The Moroccan city of Laayoune received the third prize in the category of "greening of the city", awarded by the Organization of Arab Cities (OVA) at its thirteenth session held Tuesday in Doha.

The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (Corcas), represented by Moulay Ahmed Mghizlat, participated in the Moroccan delegation to the presentation of Morocco's national report on the 3rd cycle of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), which took place on 2 May 2017 in Geneva.
