The government council meeting on Thursday adopted two draft laws and draft decree relating to the Moroccan maritime domain, in order to cement Moroccan legal guardianship over its waters and cut the way to all the allegations calling into question the sovereignty of Morocco over its space.

HM King Mohammed VI addressed a speech to the 29th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the African Union (AU), which opened Monday in Addis Ababa.

Morocco participated in the 34th ordinary session of the African Union (AU) Permanent Representatives Committee (PRC), which opened last Tuesday in Addis Ababa, in preparation for the 29th Summit of Heads of State and Government to take place on 3 and 4 July at the headquarters of the African Union (AU).

The June session of the UN Decolonization Committee concluded on Friday its works with a bitter double failure of its president Venezuelan Ambassador Rafael Ramirez and Algeria.

The President of the Senate of Saint Lucia, Andy G. Daniel, expressed his support for Morocco's proposal to grant autonomy to the southern provinces of Morocco in the framework of sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity of the Kingdom.
