The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (Corcas) takes part, as part of the official delegation of the Kingdom of Morocco, in the work of the 50th session of the Human Rights Council (HRC), which began Monday, June 13, 2022 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva and will continue until July 8.

Vice president of the Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra Region, M'hamed Abba highlighted, Monday in New York, the international momentum of support for the autonomy plan presented by Morocco to close the dispute over the Sahara.

The support of the Spanish government to the Moroccan autonomy initiative for the Sahara is a "consistent position that respects international law," said Ángeles Moreno Bau, Spanish Secretary of State for Foreign and Global Affairs, on Monday.

Liberia's Foreign Minister, Dee-Maxwell Saah Kemayah, reiterated, on Thursday in Rabat, his country's support for Morocco's territorial integrity and the autonomy plan as the only solution to the Sahara issue.

The Gabonese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Michaël Moussa-Adamo, reiterated, Wednesday in Rabat, his country's support for the Moroccanness of the Sahara as well as its full support for the Autonomy Plan which constitutes "the only credible and realistic solution to the regional dispute over the Sahara".
