A twinning agreement between Laayoune and the city of Hollywood in the state of Florida (United States) was signed Wednesday in Laayoune, with the aim of strengthening bilateral relations of cooperation in the economic, cultural, educational and tourist fields.

The Republic of Guinea reiterated, Tuesday in Rabat, its firm and constant support for the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco and its support for the autonomy plan initiative, presented by the Kingdom, which is the only credible and realistic solution to resolve this dispute.

Members of a delegation of British Conservative MPs from the House of Lords, on a working visit to Morocco, said, Thursday in Laayoune, that it is "impressed" by the level of development in the Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra region and the projects launched in all areas.

Serbia on Thursday reaffirmed its support for the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco, on the sidelines of the 61st Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), held in the Türkiye's Ankara.

The Ambassador Permanent Representative of Morocco to the United Nations, Omar Hilale, pleaded, before the Security Council in New York, in favor of respect for the principle of good neighborliness, universal values of living together, and the imperative of non-interference in internal affairs of States.
